Job Summary
The Information Technology (IT) Specialist is responsible for the health, security, and
optimization of Timeless Medical Systems’ digital and physical infrastructure. This role focuses
on the end-to-end lifecycle of staff hardware and software, ensuring that all team members
have the tools and access necessary to perform their duties securely and efficiently. The IT
Specialist will manage our cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and maintain high standards for
data integrity and system uptime.
Your employment duties will consist of an Information Technology Specialist required by the
Company and listed below. This list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive however, and you
will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task assigned by a leader.
Staff Onboarding & Hardware Management
- Lifecycle Management: Support the procurement, configuration, and deployment of all
company hardware (laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices). - Workstation Setup: Execute standardized hardware imaging and setup for new hires,
ensuring all physical equipment is ergonomically and technically sound. - Inventory Control: Maintain an accurate asset database of all hardware, including serial
numbers, warranty status, and hardware health logs. - Offboarding: Manage the secure retrieval and data sanitization of hardware from
departing staff.
Application & Systems Administration
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Provision and manage user accounts across
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and internal applications using role-based access
controls. - Cloud Infrastructure: Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of AWS and Azure
environments, including LAMP stack configurations. - Security & Compliance: Deploy and manage endpoint protection (EDR), Multi-Factor
Authentication (MFA), and VPN services to ensure a "Security First" environment. - Software Patching: Maintain a rigorous schedule for OS and third-party application
updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Technical Support & Operations
- Tier 1 & 2 Support: Act as the primary point of contact for staff technical issues,
providing timely resolutions for hardware and software hurdles. - Network Stability: Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi
connectivity, firewalls, and local servers. - Documentation: Create and update internal "How-To" guides for staff and maintain
detailed technical documentation for all system configurations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field (or equivalent professional experience). - Experience: 3+ years in an IT support or systems administration role, preferably within a
medical or high-security environment.- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Windows and macOS administration.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with LAMP stacks (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or AWS/Azure Cloud
Practitioner.

Work Conditions:
- Extended periods of sitting.
- Operation of desktop computer and peripherals.
- Flexible availability required including evenings, nights, holidays, and on call shifts.
- Must be able to lift and move computer equipment (up to 30 lbs).
