Job Title: IT Specialist

Job Location: Gurugram

Job Duration: 6 Months contract

Job Responsibilities

Manage all ISPs and related issues to ensure 24x7 availability of internet
User & Access Management: Create/manage user accounts and permissions.
Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/wifi issues.
Monitoring & Performance: Track system health and optimize performance.
Software Management: Install, update, and manage enterprise software
Documentation: Maintain system configurations and update logs.
Technical Support: Provide advanced support for IT issues.
Automation: Use scripts (preferably PowerShell/Python) to automate routine tasks.
Manage and maintain Servers - Windows and Linux (including latest patches etc.)
Manage Active Directory – Google workspace Administration etc.
Maintain and implement GPO policies according to regional and global policies.

Requirements

IT related degree
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience
High-level of problem-solving skills
Proactive and autonomous in completing tasks
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Intermediate+ level of English mandatory
