Job Title: IT Specialist

Job Location: Gurugram

Job Duration: 6 Months contract

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all ISPs and related issues to ensure 24x7 availability of internet
• User & Access Management: Create/manage user accounts and permissions.
• Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/wifi issues.
• Monitoring & Performance: Track system health and optimize performance.
• Software Management: Install, update, and manage enterprise software
• Documentation: Maintain system configurations and update logs.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced support for IT issues.
• Automation: Use scripts (preferably PowerShell/Python) to automate routine tasks.
• Manage and maintain Servers - Windows and Linux (including latest patches etc.)
• Manage Active Directory – Google workspace Administration etc.
• Maintain and implement GPO policies according to regional and global policies.

Requirements

• IT related degree
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience
• High-level of problem-solving skills
• Proactive and autonomous in completing tasks
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Intermediate+ level of English mandatory
