IT Specialist

We are looking for 4+ years proven experienced ICT Operations Engineer for the Operations and Maintenance activities of Physical – Virtual Servers and Network infrastructures and Services Management (hosted on-premise in the company DataCenter and on customer premises or on Cloud).

The candidate, reporting directly to the Head of the ICT Department and to the Group CIO, will be accountable for both BAU (daily support and operation maintenance activities) and for Specific Projects (internal roadmap or customer specific)

Qualifications – Competencies

• 1st and 2nd and 3rd level ICT technical support;
• knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (Client and Servers side)
• Windows Active Directory domains administration;
• hyper-V/ESXi hypervisor configuration and management;
• administration of Windows/Linux systems, services and management tools (maintenance, upgrade, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery) ;
• administration and maintenance of networks devices (switches, access points)
• switches and routers configuration (Experience with Cisco devices appreciated);
• advanced Firewalls configuration (experience with Fortigate devices appreciated).

Nice to have:

• Administration of Cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS);
• Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco certifications;
• Microsoft Office 365 administration;
• Servers and Network infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, …) and principles;
• ITIL/ITSM/Cobit Infrastructure administration and maintenance procedures and solutions;
• Proven Knowledge of the ICT and Information Security Principles standards and tools
