About Assistantly

Assistantly connects top-tier Unicorns with ambitious clients where expectations are well-defined, standards are high, and long-term success is actively supported.

Our IT Specialists work closely with growth-focused companies and leadership teams that rely on capable, self-directed technical partners. You’ll be backed by structured guidance, consistent coaching, and a dedicated Success Manager—so you can stay focused on delivering high-quality work and continuously leveling up.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity—not contract or freelance work—built for professionals who want stability, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact as they grow their careers.

About the Role

This role owns the end-to-end migration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365, with a strong focus on SharePoint.

You will lead the transition from scattered file storage to a centralized, well-structured SharePoint environment and ultimately build a company intranet that supports collaboration, documentation, and daily operations across departments.

The ideal candidate is a practical builder—someone who can translate business needs into clean, scalable technical solutions and take ownership without constant oversight.

Requirements

  • Lead the migration from Dropbox and NAS to SharePoint, ensuring clean data, logical structure, and minimal disruption.
  • Design, build, and maintain a scalable SharePoint architecture, including sites, libraries, metadata, permissions, and versioning.
  • Build and launch a user-friendly SharePoint intranet for company documentation, resources, and internal updates.
  • Configure Microsoft 365 tools to support business workflows, governance, and security best practices.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and file-sharing policies to maintain data security and compliance.
  • Create documentation and SOPs, train teams on effective Microsoft 365 usage, and serve as the internal subject-matter expert.
  • Troubleshoot issues and continuously optimize SharePoint and Microsoft 365 as the organization grows

Non-Negotiables

  • 3+ years of proven, hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 with deep SharePoint experience, including migrating data from legacy systems (Dropbox, NAS, or similar).
  • Strong command of SharePoint architecture, permissions, governance, and security best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a user-friendly SharePoint intranet and structured documentation systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clean, scalable technical solutions with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable training and supporting non-technical users in a growing, multi-team environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Nice to have: background supporting real estate, property management, or asset management organizations.
