About the position
As the Solution Architect for Digital Channels, you’ll take ownership of the full technical vision behind the customer-facing platforms. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, UX teams and development external partners to deliver solutions that are fast, reliable and seamlessly integrated. Whether it’s a new self-service feature on a website or a deeper integration between a mobile app and back-end systems, you’ll make sure everything works together—now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Define the architecture for websites, mobile apps and portals that serve hundreds of thousands of users
Lead the design of secure, scalable integrations between front-end channels and back-end systems
Collaborate with product, design and business teams to turn customer needs into technical solutions
Promote best practices in API design, cloud architecture (Azure) and microservices
Guide vendors and internal teams on implementation, performance tuning and platform evolution
Contribute to broader architectural governance, ensuring alignment across platforms
