Responsibilities
Receiving and handling user requests in the scope of IT support
Preparation of user equipment, diagnostics of the technical condition of the equipment before sending it for repair
Creating user instructions and keeping them up to date
Access granting to internal services/applications
Administration of the corporate messenger and mail system
Keeping and maintaining IT Assets inventory
Maintaining and updating IT asset inventory, ensuring proper documentation and control
Assistance in device management
Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and improvement of audio-visual systems in meeting rooms
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical users.
Solid understanding of working within established company IT policies (access control, security, compliance, device usage rules) and following internal procedures consistently.
Confident, structured use of Jira (or similar ticketing/task system) with a responsible, detail-oriented approach: accurate categorization, clear documentation, ownership, prioritization, and orderly end-to-end task management.
Hands-on experience administering global corporate IT systems, including at least one cloud-based productivity and collaboration platform (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), and/or identity and directory services (e.g., Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta or equivalents), as well as MDM solutions (e.g., ManageEngine or equivalents).
Ability to provision and manage user accounts according to company rules (role-based access, naming conventions, group membership, license assignment, onboarding/offboarding processes).
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and their installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Experience with IT Asset Management systems and maintaining accurate asset records.
Ability to work independently in a self-driven role within a technology-focused organization.
Nice to have
Experience using AI – ability to compose prompts to obtain comprehensive answers; understanding of methods for corporate use of the tool.
