We are looking for someone who has good experience in IT Services desk support with sound knowledge of Jira tools

1. 2 to 4 years of experience in IT services desk support
2. Have good ability in handling IT services desk tickets
3. Should have knowledge on Jira ticketing tool or any relevant ticketing tools.
4. A team player in a dynamic environment
5. Experience in any ticketing tools
