Manage and support our Google Workspace–centric internal tooling, including user accounts and permissions.
Oversee secure data storage, backup, and transfer processes, assisting employees with secure file sharing, device encryption, and approved data-handling workflows.
Collaborate with HR and IT to organize and deliver security awareness training for collaborators.
Conduct security audits and support compliance with internal policies and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Act as a point of contact during security incidents, supporting containment actions such as account lockouts, credential resets, and device isolation.
Provide remote IT support for common technical needs, including device setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including security policies, procedures, runbooks, and internal support guides.
You will shine if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in IT administration with a strong focus on security.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Experience with access control management, user permissions, and role-based access systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A proactive mindset that anticipates needs and takes initiative with minimal direction.
Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional, fully remote teams.
Comfort handling administrative and operational tasks as part of a security-focused role.
