We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead SAP initiatives focused on master data governance and data quality to ensure reliable and accurate SAP reporting. The role is centered around SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with a strong emphasis on structuring, improving and “refactoring” data being fed into SAP to support consistent reporting outcomes. Experience in SAFe and the ability to support teams in Agile ways of working (with an Agile coaching mindset) will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP-related IT projects end-to-end: planning, coordination, delivery, risk management, and status reporting.
• Drive initiatives within Master Data Management and SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) to ensure data consistency, governance and high data quality.
• Coordinate data improvement activities (incl. data harmonization and “refactoring” of SAP input data) to support accurate and trusted reporting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, data owners/stewards, analysts and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
• Ensure the correctness and reliability of SAP reports by monitoring data quality, aligning stakeholders and driving corrective actions.
• Support solutions and integrations leveraging SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) (scope depending on the project: integrations, extensions, automation).
• Coordinate delivery in an Agile environment; contribute to SAFe ways of working (planning, dependencies, prioritization) and support teams in continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management / delivery management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and projects related to data management and reporting (data quality, governance, data processes).
• Practical experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
• Experience with or good understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Ability to effectively coordinate work across business and technical teams, manage dependencies and drive execution.
• Solid understanding of master data management and the impact of data quality on reporting and business processes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; SAFe is a strong plus (Agile coaching attitude highly welcome).
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Readiness to travel to the Kraków office 1–2 times per month.
