Focus Group needs a hands-on IT Sales Manager who can coach, motivate, and drive performance in a high-energy sales environment. This isn't a strategic, desk-bound role – you'll be on the floor with your team, managing the day-to-day sales operation.
You'll lead a team of Business Development Managers selling our comprehensive IT managed services portfolio, ensuring consistent pipeline activity, deal progression, and revenue achievement.
Critical requirement: You must have a proven background in IT managed services or MSP sales.

✅ 3+ years selling IT managed services, MSP solutions, or complex IT infrastructure (not just software or hardware)
✅ Proven track record closing deals £10k-£100k+ in IT services, cloud, cyber security, or managed support
✅ Deep product knowledge: managed services, cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, M365), cyber security, network infrastructure
✅ Understanding of IT service delivery: SLAs, service contracts, ITIL, recurring revenue models
✅ Experience with technical sales cycles involving IT managers, CTOs, and business stakeholders
✅ 2+ years managing or leading IT sales teams (formal or informal leadership experience)
