Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage trusted customer relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Identify target accounts and customers within the accounts based on their business needs and personas

  • Monitor and manage client expectations and perception pre and post product delivery
  • Create strategic account plans, forecasts, and execution strategies
  • Act as a bridge between delivery and sales
  • Manage existing accounts and assist with statement of work creation modification and submission
  • Assist with account profitability and invoicing
  • Responsible for revenue forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role or related technical sales experience.
  • Experience in managing web projects, ideally in an agency or web development company.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, including related technologies and processes.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in creating technical documentation, presentations, and proposals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
