We’re looking for an IT SaaS Automation Engineer who loves solving problems through no-code/low-code tools.
Your mission: automate processes, connect systems, eliminate manual work, and help teams move faster.
You’ll collaborate daily with Operations, CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering, turning business needs into efficient, scalable automations.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze workflows and spot automation opportunities.
- Build automations using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Power Automate, etc.
- Connect SaaS tools (CRM, marketing, support, LMS, billing, internal systems).
- Set up triggers, logic, data flows, and error-handling.
- Gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automations.
- Document workflows clearly and simply.
- Support teams with demos, training, and “how-to” guidance.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Proactively suggest new automation ideas.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment (Ops, RevOps, CS, Support, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with at least one no-code/low-code tool: Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Workato, or Power Automate / Power Apps.
- Comfortable using APIs, webhooks, JSON.
- Strong process + logical thinking.
- Basic understanding of data structures.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts simply.
- Detail-oriented and great at problem-solving.
- Able to manage multiple requests and prioritize well.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with SaaS tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Jira, etc.
- Basic scripting (JavaScript, Python).
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Background in RevOps, BizOps, CS Ops, or IT Ops.
- Experience in regulated industries (optional).
