Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong hands-on exposure to end-to-end IT recruitment, especially on the latest technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and closing positions within defined timelines.
We have an exciting, fast paced project and we need an experienced hand o drive the process forward for recruitment in India. The successful candidate will gain experience business partnering Senior stakeholders, qualifying and interviewing candidates for highly technical role and will have full responsibility for hiring of the project.
You will have the opportunity to work independently, autonomously and further hone your craft.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Mid to Senior-level positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for technical and managerial interviews.
Conduct interviews, qualifying candidates and selling the company as an employer of choice.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Support Stakeholder on decision making, offering solutions and new avenues to explore in the search,
Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and interview coordination.
Effectively control candidates in an unpredictable market and Ensure candidates are checked in with regularly and kept warm increasing the likelihood of offer acceptance.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Manage the Offer process for all roles and ensure all candidates are keen to join the business,
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Collaborate with APAC HR team and ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT recruitment (Mid–Senior level hiring).
Strong knowledge of latest technologies and IT skill sets.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Able to effectively screen CVs, and match to the criteria for open roles.
Able to manage stakeholders, and work at a pace to secure the best talent for the business.
Effective interviewing abilities: Can identify candidate expectations and qualify experience.
Sales skills: Able to position our company as an employer of choice and get candidates excited about a career with us.
Positive Attitude, and an infectious personality.
Resilient: able to offer solutions and pivot when something isn't working in the sourcing process.
