What will you be doing in this role?

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and producing accurate meeting minutes.
  • Setting up, maintaining, and updating project files and documentation.
  • Collecting and tracking project data, including actuals and forecasts.
  • Updating project plans and assisting in progress monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supporting or administering quality review processes to maintain high standards across projects.
  • Coordinating and assisting with Project Board meetings and related activities.
  • Contributing to the preparation and compilation of project reports for stakeholders.
  • Applying your expertise in specialist project tools and techniques to enhance project performance.
  • Maintaining key project records, such as Quality Registers, Configuration Item Records, and other logs as delegated by the Project Manager.
  • Administering the configuration management procedure to ensure proper control of project assets and documentation.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Master's degree in IT and minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 1 year experience in a full end-to-end IT project life cycle as IT Support.
  • Proven experience using PRINCE2 or an equivalent PM methodology.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation certification (or equivalent) is required.
  • Good knowledge of project management standards, techniques and tools.
  • Experience in using MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in supporting multiple projects and project managers.
  • Experience in maintaining a configuration management system acting as configuration librarian.
  • Strong understanding of project management and support issues including managing risks, issues, quality, and actions logs.
  • Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
