We are seeking an orchestrative, grounded, and discerning IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Leawood, KS. Sunlighten's IT Project Manager wil be responsible for executing and delivering multiple, concurrent technology and business systems projects in alignment with organizational strategy. This role works in close partnership with the Program Manager and IT Leadership, who provide strategic direction, prioritization and portfolio oversight.
While the Program Manager and IT Leadership set vision and priorities, the IT Project Manager owns tactical execution, delivery discipline, and accountability, ensuring projects move forward, commitments are met, and outcomes are achieved. This role will leverage Jira as the system of record and acts as the operations drive across IT, BI, and Internal Business System Initiatives.
