What are the required qualifications for an IT Project Manager?
- Strong understanding of large-scale software systems and their lifecycle from ideation to deployment and scaling.
- Comprehensive grasp of go-to-market methods, metrics, and strategies.
- Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities across a product organization, including product managers, designers, engineers, QA, devOps, and marketers.
- Experience in coordinating and managing multiple product initiatives or teams simultaneously.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
- At least 3 years of experience in the product or engineering organization of a company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Experience with SaaS / Product Project Lead / Management
