Requirements
- A. Project Delivery & Execution
- a. Lead end-to-end management of client-facing technology projects, from planning to deployment and closure. Define and oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and success criteria.
- b. Manage project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and communication frameworks.
- c. Manage team performance using Agile/Scrum based on agreed upon SLA with client and KPI with the team, and address issues, if any.
- d. Lead project-specific meetings, provide updates, manage expectations, and escalate issues to Operations Manager.
- e. Use Asana for task tracking and reporting.
- f. Identify and mitigate risks, enforce project management standards and methodologies.

- B. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- a. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on technology-related projects.
- b. Facilitate regular status updates, reviews, and demo sessions to maintain transparency and alignment.
- c. Support client onboarding and change management during new system/tool rollouts.
- d. Anticipate client needs and discuss recommended enhancements and proactive solutions to the Operations Manager
- e. Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future delivery.

- C. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- a. Prepare weekly and/or monthly reporting on project performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction as requested by the Operations Manager and client.
- b. Analyze delivery outcomes and suggest process optimizations for greater efficiency.
- c. Maintain compliance-ready documentation to support audits, reporting, and knowledge transfer.
- d. Contribute to evolving agency delivery frameworks, best practices, and playbooks.
