Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for delivering results and driving process excellence?
MSPbots is looking for a Experienced IT Project Manager who will take ownership of project execution, alignment, and delivery in a fast-paced, data-driven tech environment.
Work Setup: Mostly remote, but would need to report onsite once or twice a month (office location: Ortigas, Pasig)
Schedule: Semi-flexible | 4 AM–1 PM CDT (5 PM-2 AM PHT)
Fixed Rest Days: Saturday–Sunday
What You’ll Do

Project Governance: Create and maintain project plans, manage risks, track budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Communication & Reporting: Act as a liaison between teams and leadership; present project updates and status reports clearly.

Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance through regular audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimizations.

Capacity Planning: Allocate personnel and resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects.

Backlog Management: Prioritize tasks in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders; ensure items are delivered on time.

Demos & UAT: Coordinate user acceptance testing and product demos; gather feedback and resolve any issues.

Project Support: Guide execution across various departments and assist in planning, risk tracking, and closure activities.

Performance Evaluation: Evaluate performance metrics and apply corrective actions for continuous project success.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, IT services, or MSP environments
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and CRMs like HubSpot
- Managed or participated in a project involving automation or workflow/process optimization (e.g., bots, RPA, Zapier, Power Automate) is a plus!
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Agile development, user story creation, and backlog prioritization PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
- Bonus: Experience working in or with a PMO structure
