About the job 

This role is suitable for candidates with a few years of project management experience who enjoy coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and supporting successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

 

In this role, you will get to:

  • Support and manage end-to-end IT project delivery across software development, system implementation, and digital platform projects
  • Coordinate project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks to ensure projects are delivered successfully
  • Work with business users, internal teams, vendors, and external partners to align project requirements and priorities
  • Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs, and prepare regular project status updates
  • Facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure effective communication across project teams
  • Identify project risks and issues, and support the implementation of mitigation plans
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and project plans
  • Support vendor-related activities such as coordinating requirements, reviewing proposals, and managing delivery timelines
  • Help drive continuous improvement in project processes and team collaboration

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or technology delivery
  • Experience supporting software development, system implementation, or digital transformation projects
  • Familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working with both technical and business teams
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
