We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale IT projects that drive business development and transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in IT solution delivery and a hands-on approach to project execution. The position follows a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and secure project resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the main liaison between IT, business units, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clarify and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Monitor progress and manage risks, scope changes, schedules, and budgets.
- Track and report project performance via KPIs and status reports.
- Maintain structured documentation such as action logs, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring follow-up on decisions and tasks.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT delivery projects.
- Experience handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Experience in banking projects, particularly in loan-related systems, is considered a plus.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a strong asset.
