IT Project Manager (Healthcare)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager (Healthcare) to join our growing team and support the delivery of innovative healthcare and digital transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment between clinical/business stakeholders and technical teams, while delivering high-quality solutions within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment across all workstreams.
  • Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, participating in client presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement at executive level, ensuring alignment between operational priorities, strategic objectives, and contractual commitments.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, project governance documentation, commercial documentation, and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare-related projects (e.g., hospital systems, digital health platforms, regulatory initiatives).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders (clinical, operational) and IT teams.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, governance structures and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and status meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and KPIs.
  • Ensure proper requirements alignment, working closely with Business Analysts and technical teams.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Support change management and user adoption, including training coordination and communication plans..
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences environments
  • Proven experience delivering IT or digital transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both business and technical contexts

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, hospital information systems)
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow)
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
