ABOUT THE POSITION IT Project Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your Role: You’ll drive BURGA’s IT projects from planning to delivery, collaborating with the CIO and team leads to keep timelines, quality, and resources on track. By coordinating teams, managing risks, and translating technical details for stakeholders, you’ll ensure our systems and solutions run smoothly and support BURGA’s growth and innovation. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery. - Define project scopes, timelines, and resource needs together with the CIO and team leads. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication. - Track project progress, identify risks, and make sure deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations. - Translate technical details into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, roadmaps, and retrospectives. - Drive process improvements and support standardization efforts within the IT department. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects. - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Familiarity with .NET environments and project management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus. - Experience with system integration, automation, and API-based projects. - Proven success in delivering projects using Agile or Hybrid methodologies. - Experience with e-commerce, ERP, or production system implementations is a strong plus. SALARY: 3500-4500 EUR GROSS/month. We're open to discussing this based on your experience and competencies.
