IT Project Manager

Mandatory Skills / Primary Skills:

  • Lead IT projects involving product, service, and solution development within defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and resources in a matrix organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex project challenges.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior professionals.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Windchill SIM for Service and Parts Assortment.
  • Manage projects or subprojects with limited complexity within a program or portfolio.
  • Define and oversee scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks to meet project objectives.
  • Work independently with limited supervision while ensuring project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and review work of junior team members.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Aftermarket technology is a plus.
  • Ability to manage projects within a structured project management framework.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
