Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading
digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in
Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we
managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
How did we manage to do that?

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

This position will be managing the Request Project system from all stakeholders and will report activity from the Lead to the Director. This position will also be acting as a liaison between the business request and internal parties or external developers (vendors).
Responsibilitites
Manage multiple complex IT projects by collaborating with diverse stakeholders to define roadmaps and team goals.
Work closely with Business Teams, Product Owners, and IT teams to resolve technical and functional issues.
Ensure clear and structured project documentation in collaboration with the Business Team and Product Owner.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and non-technical project challenges.
Oversee and track project progress across multiple teams, including development, business analysis, QA, infrastructure, and vendors.
Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Actively coordinate working groups to resolve bottlenecks in the system development process.
Develop feasible project plans aligned with business strategies and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in core banking services or core banking integration with a focus on the loan journey with total experience in same position is > 3 years.
Solid understanding of the Project Life Cycle (PLC) in banking tools and integrations.
Technical knowledge in:
Service API and middleware integration
Core banking systems and supporting tools
Loan Origination knowledge in core banking system (as a user)
ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 message format understanding
Project documentation (tekhnis & information)
SDLC processes related to Core Banking Integrationwith internal platform
SQL queries and data management
Hands-on experience in end-to-end SDLC and system delivery management for project implementation or change requests.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Excellent business and functional documentation skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels in English.
