Academic requirements: Bachelor's or master degree in information technology engineering, or eventually project management field.

· Quick learner, capable of rapidly acquiring new technical knowledge.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment.
· Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)
· Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems.
· Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus.
· Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus
· Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems
· Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices.
