About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Procurement Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will lead IT hardware procurement and asset lifecycle management to support our continued growth. You will ensure timely delivery, zero-touch deployment readiness, and partner with Finance to implement and operationalise Microsoft Dynamics 365 for purchasing and fixed assets. Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end procurement for laptops, peripherals, and accessories
  • Implement and operationalise Dynamics 365 (Finance or Business Central) for PR-to-PO approvals, goods receipt, 3-way match, and fixed asset processes
  • Define and maintain cost centre/GL coding rules, approval flows, vendor/item masters, and PO hygiene
  • Align Finance asset register with IT inventory (Autopilot/DEP intake + ITAM/ITSM data)
  • Maintain stock levels across regions and prevent shortages during hiring peaks
  • Ensure devices are Autopilot/DEP-ready before shipping for day-one readiness
  • Plan shipping windows, cross-border requirements, RMAs, and asset returns for offboarding
  • Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, and quarterly reviews
  • Negotiate terms and manage escalations; ensure warranty/DOA obligations are met
  • Ensure procurement processes support zero-touch deployment standards
  • Maintain accurate data flows between procurement, Intune/device management, and ITSM systems
  • Provide dashboards on cycle time, delivery performance, stock health, and asset reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing and security policies; maintain audit-ready SOPs/runbooks
  • Lead change management for Dynamics 365 rollout and any SKU or process standardisation
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years in IT procurement or strategic procurement for IT hardware
  • Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 (Finance or Business Central) for P2P and fixed assets
  • Experience in startup/scale-up environments building procurement workflows and vendor SLAs
  • Knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle, Intune/device management, and ITSM tools
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Advanced Excel/Power BI skills
  • CIPS certification preferred; ITIL a plus
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a bonus
