The Global IT Operations team is spread across the United States, Canada, and the Czech Republic. We take care of the company’s business applications and End-user infrastructure, supporting around 700 employees and contractors. The team is led from Prague, Czech Republic.
The goal of this role is to keep Emplifi’s employees up and running day to day. We’re looking for someone who is service-oriented and enjoys creating a great experience for our internal customers. Strong English communication skills are essential. This role is primarily on-site, with some flexibility.
