Who: You! You’ll be part of Spotnana’s global IT team, partnering closely with employees across Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations to keep the company running smoothly.

What: An IT Operations Senior Analyst role where ownership, problem-solving, and customer-first thinking are critical. You’ll support core IT systems, tools, and infrastructure while helping scale IT operations in a fast-growing environment.

When: ASAP! We’re looking to bring someone on as soon as we find the right fit.

Where: Hybrid: Palo Alto, CA — you’ll be based out of our Palo Alto office, with in-office time aligned to Spotnana’s hybrid work policy.

Why: You’ll play a key role in enabling Spotnana’s teams to do their best work. From day-to-day IT support to building scalable processes and knowledge bases, your work will directly impact employee experience, productivity, and business continuity as we grow.

How (to land the job!): You’ll start with an initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition team, followed by interviews with members of the IT and broader operations team. The process may include scenario-based discussions focused on troubleshooting, systems knowledge, and real-world IT operations, and is subject to change.

The day-to-day:

  • Support IT-related questions as they arise
  • Build a knowledge base of IT practices and pragmatic problem solving available to internal Spotnana users
  • Account management for password resets and lockout
  • Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware
  • Conduct IT Onboarding Sessions for new Team Members
  • Train end-users how to setup and use new technologies
  • Provide technical support over the phone or web
  • Use specialized help desk support software to take control of end-users’ computers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues
  • Leverage IT best practices to manage and execute projects and initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Participate in on call rotation for urgent support during non-working hours
  • Model skills and behavior aligned with Spotnana’s Values and Operating Principles

Skills & qualities we value:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support and administration, especially with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Certifications in IT support or administration (e.g., COMPTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus
  • Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices is a plus

Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash (salary + annual performance bonus), company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications. 

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
