The Role:

ThoughtFull is hiring an IT Operations Associate to lead internal support and infrastructure, enabling a secure and productive digital environment across our hybrid and remote teams. This role is a blend of hands-on technical support, IT administration, SaaS/infrastructure ownership, and proactive tooling governance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are fast, reliable, and aligned with ISO 27001 and security best practices. 

End User & Helpdesk Support 

• Provide first-line support to employees (online and offline) across SG, MY, and remote environments 

• Resolve issues related to device setup, software installation, network access, printing, etc. 

• Maintain a helpful and solution-oriented support attitude 

• Track and manage IT requests using a structured ticketing or task system 

IT Systems Management (M365, Intune, AAD) 

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 suite including: 

• Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Intune 

• Azure Active Directory (users, groups, permissions) 

• MFA and endpoint protection policies 

• Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues (e.g., login failures, sync issues, feature bugs) 

Onboarding & Offboarding Support 

• Coordinate with HR team to ensure smooth Day 1 onboarding for new hires 

• Prepare and configure laptops (Mac/Windows), accounts, software, and access 

• Conduct regular IT walkthroughs to help new joiners feel confident with tools 

• Securely offboard leavers by revoking access, wiping/collecting hardware, and removing accounts. 

Office Tech & Infrastructure 

• Maintain and troubleshoot: 

• Office WiFi, printers, and power backups 

• Door access 

• CCTV cameras and NVR setups 

• Basic AV (sound, lighting, Zoom rooms, etc.) 

Security & Governance 

• Ensure alignment with ThoughtFull’s ISO 27001-aligned Information Security Management System (ISMS) 

• Monitor endpoint compliance via Intune and restrict unauthorized software 

• Maintain and update the company’s “Allowed Tools & Software” list 

• Evaluate new tools requested by teams and ensure alignment with security and policy standards 

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new IT and infrastructure software including but not limited to procurement, setup, integration, documentation, and rollout) 

Requirements

About you: 

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Ops, SysAdmin, or Helpdesk roles 

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and device management 

• Hands-on experience supporting Mac and Windows environments 

• Experience configuring networks, office equipment, and physical access control systems 

• Excellent communication skills and friendly support attitude 

• Bonus: Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks 

Basic Salary Range: MYR4,000 - MYR8,000
