The OpportunityWe’re looking for a passionate IT Operation Officer (Junior or Mid-Level) who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting people. What You’ll Do
Operations & Infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and business applications to ensure system uptime and performance.
• Use monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues proactively before they affect users.
Helpdesk & User Support
• Deliver responsive technical support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT Service Desk requests and ensure all incidents meet SLA standards.
Server & Network Maintenance
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi access, and firewall configurations.
User Lifecycle Management
• Set up and manage accounts, devices, and access for new hires and leavers.
• Ensure processes are well-documented and audit-ready.
Backup, Recovery & Security
• Oversee daily backup operations and recovery validation.
• Apply patches, antivirus updates, and enforce IT security standards.
Asset & Configuration Management
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, software licenses, and equipment tracking.
• Conduct regular audits and produce monthly reports.
Vendor Coordination
• Liaise with vendors for equipment, warranties, and maintenance.
• Track SLAs to ensure timely service delivery.
IT Projects & Implementation
• Support system rollouts, migrations, and tool integrations (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).
• Participate in testing and documentation for new IT initiatives.
Office IT & Facilities
• Maintain shared IT assets (printers, AV systems, meeting rooms).
• Support facility maintenance for network cabling and power systems.
