Tasks:

    • Join a team responsible for developing, maintaining, and operating Internet and Mobile Banking applications, as well as branch systems
    • The organization follows the Spotify model
    • Developers work in Scrum teams and are also part of professional Chapters based on their expertise
    • Focus on continuous development, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Experience in frontend and/or backend development for web and mobile applications
  • Relevant professional experience in the IT sector (preferably in banking or insurance)
  • At least 12 months of experience in a system analyst / system designer role
  • Strong analytical thinking and a systems-oriented mindset
  • Proven experience in interface specification
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

Familiarity with the following tools/technologies:

  • Jira, Confluence
  • Postman
  • OpenShift
  • Swagger

Nice to have:

  • Experience in designing REST APIs
  • Experience in microservice architecture design
