Currently, we are looking for an IT Manager

Role overview: IT Manager is a person who will be responsible for establishing and improving IT infrastructure, processes, and strategic IT management for a family office with around 60-70 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing IT assets

• Establishing access management

• Develop IT operational processes

• Build an IT team from scratch

• Strategically help the company develop its IT infrastructure

• Provide dedicated IT consulting

• Strategic Planning

• Team Management

• System Maintenance

• Vendor and Stakeholder Relations

• Support and Troubleshooting

• Project Management

• Policy Development

Requirements:

• Management experience with direct team supervision

• Experience working with mature IT infrastructures

• Understanding security policies

• Capability to strategically support company IT infrastructure development

• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Linux/Unix systems

• Cloud services (Proxmox, cloud deployments)

• Expertise in Vulnerability Management and Change Management

• Strong Intermediate level of English
