This multifaceted role seeks an IT Manager, being capable of supporting the planning and implementation of all systems, ensuring that all systems operating within the company are maintained to a level that delivers the most efficient service for our guests and that they are in compliance with Domes Resorts standards of operation. This position offers opportunities for growth and development in the specialized field of Information Technology.

IT Manager

Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule as needed in order to complete all tasks before deadline

Requirements

Qualification Standards

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Must hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
• Proven working experience as an IT Specialist or relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Must be fluent in English and knowledge of any additional language(s) is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

• PMS Systems (Preferable Oracle PMS)
• F&B POS Systems (Preferable Micros Simphony)
• BMS
• Virtualization Technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
• PBX Systems (Analogue, VoIP)
• TV Distribution Systems (Analogue, Digital, IPTV)
• CCTV Systems
• Networking (Routing, Vlans, etc)
• Windows, Windows Server & Linux Operating systems
