Manage IT tools and endpoint systems, oversee security solutions, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards while supporting IT audits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer IT tools and endpoint management systems.
Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and ensure device compliance.
Oversee Antivirus (AV) and endpoint security solutions.
Respond to and resolve L1/L2 IT support issues.
Maintain IT asset and inventory records, including hardware procurement, deployment, repair, and replacement.
Manage software and license procurement and renewals to ensure compliance, minimise costs and uninterrupted operations.
Manage Firewall configurations and VPN access for secure network connectivity.
Administer Google Workspace, including user accounts, access permissions, and policies.
Create, update, and maintain SOPs for IT operations and security activities.
Assist in implementing and maintaining policies and controls aligned with ISO 27001 standards.
Support internal and external IT/security audits as per ISO 27001 requirements.
Nice to Have
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or ITIL Foundation.
Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy creation, monitoring, and reporting.
Prior involvement in ISO 27001 certification or surveillance audits.
Knowledge of DLP integrations with endpoint and cloud platforms.
Required Skills
2 - 3 years of relevant IT support or IT operations experience.
Hands-on experience with DLP, MDM, Antivirus solutions, and endpoint management tools.
Good understanding of Windows and macOS environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, IT operations, or endpoint security administration.
Experience in preparing IT documentation, such as SOPs, policies, checklists, and compliance reports.
Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
