👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an IT Infrastructure Engineer (L2) at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Be responsible for the continuous support and implementation of necessary activities through the technology lifecycle for in-scope infrastructure technologies in your country to meet agreed SLAs.
- Handle daily management, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, updates, security, and access authorization of VDI, networks, hardware infrastructure and servers, VoIP, and firewalls.
- Actively monitor system performance, provide visibility on monitoring KPIs, and execute continuous operational improvement routines.
- Support M&A efforts through planning and managing infrastructure aspects of new company integrations.
- Serve as an L2 escalation point for all in-scope infrastructure technology-related tickets and coordinate troubleshooting of major incidents.
- Manage infrastructure compliance with security policies and procedures in coordination with IT Security and Compliance Services.
- Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during system outages or periods of reduced performance and implement changes as part of a constructive user support process.
