We are currently looking for IT Helpdesk and Endpoint for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 features, architecture, and key differences.
• Hands-on experience with Windows deployment tools such as SCCM.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Experience in user data and profile migration (USMT, OneDrive Known Folder Move, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of application packaging, compatibility testing, and remediation for Windows 11.
• Ability to perform hardware readiness checks (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, CPU/RAM/storage compliance).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in drivers, OS installation, licensing, and user profile issues.
• Strong communication skills for end-user support and training.
