POSITION: Help Desk Technician REPORTS TO: IT Manager
We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our IT Team! Our Help Desk Technician is responsible for maintaining networks, software, and equipment, resolving technical problems, and providing general IT support and assistance.
You will have a chance to hone your skills plus support and work alongside another Help Desk Technician. You will also be exposed to the business side of things supporting new systems implementation and other special projects. The primary challenge is to stay organized and deliver exceptional customer service to your internal stakeholders while juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines.
