I.T. Head (with Banking experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, and the team. Having experience in the banking industry and familiarity with the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will align IT initiatives with business goals, ensure system security, optimize operations, and drive digital transformation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

•       Accountable for the overall management and delivery of IT operations and process improvement initiatives, including but not limited to:

•       IT Strategy and Governance

•       IT Budget and Financial Management

•       IT Asset Management and Optimization

•       Staffing, Development, and Performance Management of IT Resources

•       IT Metrics, Reporting, and Performance Monitoring

•       IT Policies, Standards, and Procedures

•       Compliance, Audit, and Risk Management

•       Directs the supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the division’s employees

•       Ensures alignment with organizational goals, compliance with internal policies, and legal requirements

•       Collaborates with internal and external auditors during audit exercises

•       Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus

•       10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, including people leadership and operational oversight

•       Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, Systems, and Network Management

•       Proven track record in process improvement, continuous improvement, and IT governance

•       Extensive knowledge of Online and Mobile Banking Operation

•       Experience in the banking industry and familiarity with the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) is highly preferred.

•       Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives

•       Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
