About The Role:

We’re looking for an IT professional to join our company’s IT team. We’ve scaled to a company of 500+ employees globally. We have a core IT architecture in place, but we are now at a point where we want to scale further, as well as further integrate the IT, Security, Cloud Infrastructure teams, and other business partners.

The role will consist of providing help desk support, participating in and/or leading IT improvement projects, and working within the larger technology team to come up with solutions.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in India. (Currently, the role is remote, but once we establish an office space in India, the role will become hybrid. The hybrid work schedule is flexible, meaning the team [in collaboration with the manager] will determine when they come into the office.)

You must be available during business hours to provide IT support to our team in India and APAC with some overlap with US East Coast hours for information transfer. Occasional work outside of business hours may be necessary (such as during an upgrade, outage, or incident).

As Our IT Engineer, You Will:

• Remotely administer and troubleshoot systems (Mac OS laptops, MDM [Mobile Device Management], software, Cloud SaaS, networking gear, etc.)
• Support systems including but not limited to Kandji, Google Workspace, CrowdStrike, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and more.
• Expertise in documentation and ticketing systems in Atlassian (Confluence and Jira)
• Research and implement new solutions for technical challenges (processes, file storage, device management, access permissions, etc.)
• Work with our Security and Infrastructure teams to implement security policies
• Work with IT vendors
• Maintain an IT asset list
• Proactively create and update documentation and training pertaining to IT-related processes/resolutions, and assist in developing policy documents regarding internal policies and external compliance requirements

This is a fully-remote opportunity based in India. While some hours of overlap with US East Coast hours are required each week, standard IST work hours will be the norm for this position.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have 2-3 years of experience working in a modern IT environment and are comfortable maintaining and supporting SaaS tools, a remote work environment, and have a working knowledge of MacOS
• You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a diversity of users across the spectrum of knowledge levels and experience
• You have experience working on IT projects that help transform the business
• You learn quickly
• You enjoy working in a small but tight-knit team
• You have a love of technology and are excited about working with others!
• Nice to have: scripting experience with Python, GAM, and/or Octa Workflows

• The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be $83,00,000 - $12,45,000 (INR). The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
