We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Engineer/System Administrator to join our dynamic team, work remotely from Poland or the Philippines, or on-site at our Warsaw or Metro Manila offices!

Responsibilities: 

  • Resolving reported network and system setup problems. 
  • Providing appropriate documentation on the reported issues. 
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and having a strong desire to find and fix root causes. 
  • Working for internal customers within his/her own team, or with other teams to set up new system and network environments. 
  • Enhancing infrastructure with senior engineer supervision in the network and server area. 
  • Analysing problems and identify solutions. 
  • Own the implementation and life-cycle for new internal projects. 
  • Keeping network and system configuration and documentation up to date. 
  • Providing training/onboarding calls. 
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technology products. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of IT background in a similar position. 
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) written and verbal. 
  • IT infrastructure experience at network/server administrator level. 
  • Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, Windows 11. 
  • SQL and database experience 
  • Network technology (switching, routing, IP networks, VLANs). 
  • Server virtualization technology (vSphere, hyper-V, Proxmox etc.). 
  • Understanding of Active Directory (Group Policies, User management, etc.). 
  • Firewall management 
  • Knowledge in the following areas is a plus:  
  • PowerShell scripting,  
  • Cloud technologies and services (Office 365, Azure) 
  • SQL Integration services/Azure Data Factory
