• Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. Ensure the availability and reliability of servers, networking systems, storage solutions, and cloud environments and manage both Windows and Linux server environments,
• Manage and optimize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for scalability and cost-efficiency and maintain virtualization technologies like VMware and Proxmox,
• Administer company-wide collaboration tools, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and ClickUp. Configure, monitor, and resolve issues related to these platforms,
• Secure all IT systems, including data encryption, firewall management, and securing cloud services. Ensure data integrity and protection with strong access control and security protocols,
• Provide senior-level troubleshooting for IT-related issues, from network failures to server downtime,
• Assess and improve the company’s IT infrastructure and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and scalability in both on-premises hardware and cloud environments,
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure that backup systems run efficiently, and data can be restored in case of issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
• At least 5 years of IT engineering experience, with 2 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure for a fast-paced, growing organization,
• Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Proxmox) and hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux server environments,
• Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and ClickUp,
• Experience with networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and IT security best practices. Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues effectively, also strong analytical skills to assess system performance and optimize infrastructure,
• Proactive mindset and interest in staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced company.
