ABOUT POSITION

We are looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy IT Director to lead Katalon’s IT strategy and transformation efforts. This is not your traditional infrastructure-heavy IT leadership role. Instead, we're seeking a proactive change agent—someone who can leverage modern technology to elevate productivity, business agility, and enterprise-wide digital enablement.

As IT Director, you will oversee our internal systems and enterprise tools while driving cross-functional initiatives around digital automation, AI-powered solutions, cloud integrations, and enterprise application optimization. You’ll lead a high-performing team and collaborate with business leaders to deploy technology solutions that improve decision-making, operational performance, and employee experience.

Strategic IT Leadership

• Shape and execute a forward-looking IT roadmap aligned with Katalon’s business goals and growth plans.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on how IT can unlock organizational efficiency, data visibility, and innovation.
• Champion digital transformation by deploying modern tech platforms (e.g., SaaS, AI/ML, low-code tools) that automate workflows and improve collaboration.

Enterprise Systems & Integration

• Oversee enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM) ensuring seamless integration, high availability, and strong ROI.
• Lead efforts to improve enterprise system usage, data automation, and advanced reporting across departments.
• Guide the implementation of AI-driven tools to support smart automation and digital productivity.

Technology Enablement & Modern Workplace

• Drive the adoption and optimization of productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Atlassian suite).
• Ensure employees have the tools, systems, and support to work productively across locations and time zones.
• Identify and implement software solutions that simplify workflows and empower business teams.

IT Service & Support Excellence

• Design a scalable and responsive IT support model focused on employee experience and minimal downtime.
• Set and monitor SLAs for incident resolution and service delivery, incorporating continuous improvement practices.
• Mentor and grow a skilled IT team passionate about enabling change, solving problems, and supporting innovation.

Cost Optimization & Vendor Management

• Lead IT procurement strategy, including SaaS subscriptions, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and hardware lifecycle.
• Manage vendor negotiations and relationships to maximize service levels while controlling costs.
• Drive visibility into IT spending metrics and ensure alignment between technology investment and business value.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech-driven companies.
• Proven track record of digital enablement—leading enterprise system rollouts, automation projects, and cloud adoption that transformed how teams work.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow) and strong systems integration capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and strong business acumen—comfortable engaging with C-level leaders and making data-backed recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change proactively, not just respond to tickets or incidents.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or professional services (ERP, AI/ML, or enterprise automation) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a growth mindset and adaptability to change.
