How you'll succeed

10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure for hardware and software product development.
Expertise in cybersecurity, data management, and compliance in tech-heavy environments.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the tech industry, particularly in companies that develop and deploy hardware and software products.
Strong understanding of networking, databases, and system architecture.
Leadership experience in dynamic, fast-growing companies.
Accountabilities:
Achieve 99.9% system uptime for critical IT infrastructure.
Reduce cybersecurity incidents by 30% year-over-year.
Ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget, with 95% adherence to project schedules.
Maintain IT spend within the allocated budget, achieving a 10% year-on-year cost-saving goal.
Provide quarterly reports on IT strategy alignment with business goals to the executive team.
