Requirements
Required Skills:
· 10+ years of hands-on experience in Business Demands Management
· Strong Demand Management in technical and business delivery
· Deep Business analysis skills
· Deep understanding of Agile principles and scrum framework
· Deep understanding of banking business and IT banking solutions
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Understanding of banking business processes and compliance requirements
· Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in a T24 context
Key Responsibilities
· Collect and analyze business demands across departments
· Forecast future IT/business based on agreed Squads plans
· Act as a bridge between business units and IT/delivery teams
· Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable requirements
· Manage the intake process for new demand requests
· Assess feasibility, alignment with strategy, and resource availability
· Work with stakeholders to prioritize demands based on business value, urgency, and capacity
· Align demand with available IT or delivery resources
· Identify gaps and propose resourcing plans
· Ensure demands go through proper governance processes
· Track status, approvals, and communicate regularly with stakeholders
