ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for an IT Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of software projects from inception to completion.
Your technical background and project management expertise will be essential to ensure that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

THE WORK:

  • Manage all project or service delivery activities in collaboration with technical leaders, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and engaged across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Use Agile project management tools and methodologies to plan, organize, and report on project progress.
  • Conduct planning efforts, challenge estimates from technical leads, and develop project roadmaps.
  • Prepare technical offers and contribute to fixed-price project bids.
  • Monitor project performance, timelines, and budget progress.
  • Lead incident responses under defined SLAs.
  • Create, review, and manage project documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Lead R&D initiatives to produce actionable Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in software development project management.
  • Prior hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong skills in project management tools and software.
  • Experience managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (French is an asset).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
