IT Delivery Manager

We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager to lead and ensure the successful delivery of software projects from start to finish. You will leverage your project management expertise to achieve project goals, ensuring client satisfaction and team success, contributing to a large-scale, high-visibility platform designed for performance, availability, and scalability, handling a significant volume of documents in a distributed, cloud-based environment.

THE WORK:

• Lead project delivery activities in collaboration with technical leaders, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and empower your team - ensuring engagement, motivation, and individual growth across all team members.
• Act as a mentor and coach to promote a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
• Manage team capacity, allocate resources effectively, and support team structure evolution over time.
• Utilize Agile project management tools to plan, organize, and track project activities.
• Develop realistic roadmaps in collaboration with the team and challenge estimates where needed.
• Monitor project and budget progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Oversee documentation and ensure alignment with internal and client standards.
• Estimate and manage change requests while maintaining control over project goals and scope.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in software development project management.
• Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
• Experience in team structuring, resource planning, and performance follow-up.
• Hands-on understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and ability to adapt them to project needs.
• Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Experience managing fixed-price and time & material projects.
• Fluency in English.
