IT Compliance

Role Overview

Ajaib is looking for an experienced IT Compliance Specialist to strengthen IT governance, regulatory compliance, and technology risk management within a regulated securities environment. This role will ensure IT systems, controls, and processes comply with capital market regulations and internal risk standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of IT systems with applicable financial services and capital market regulations
• Perform IT risk assessments and monitor IT General Controls (ITGC)
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits (including documentation and remediation tracking)
• Maintain and enhance IT policies, procedures, and compliance framework
• Act as liaison between IT, Compliance, Risk, and regulators

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Compliance / IT Governance / IT Risk / IT Audit

• Mandatory: Experience working in a securities company (brokerage, capital markets, or investment platform)
• Strong knowledge of ITGC, risk management, access control, change management, and incident management
• Familiar with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar frameworks
• Experience engaging with regulators and supporting audits.
