What you will do
We are looking for a new IT Business Partner to join our team in Borsbeek. In this role your main goal is to create, improve, and maintain a world-class production IT landscape for our expanding factory. You act as a trusted IT partner for our factory team and ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of the IT roadmap.
You will be part of the global IT team and report directly to the Senior Manager IT Infrastructure, who is based in Amsterdam. As you will be working from Borsbeek, you will have a dotted reporting line to the Factory Director. All wrapped up
Drive the technical production roadmap. As the IT representative of the factory office and production teams, you challenge your IT business partner colleagues’ functional wishes and demands on technical feasibility, IT goals, roadmap, and dependencies.
Sprint planning. You constantly align with development and integration partners to ensure solid progress.
Manage backlog. You re-evaluate priorities regularly and align with the factory and production teams, partners, and IT team on where to focus on sprint planning.
Monitor the IT budget. You evaluate changes and projects against set budgets and business value.
Automate processes. You evaluate manual processes and create business cases and functional requirements with production stakeholders to automate when possible. You aim to reach scalability, increase efficiency, and minimize human errors.
