IT Business Analyst with D365FO Finance knowledge

We are seeking a passionate IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a key member of the Product team, you will play a crucial role in developing and operating systems supporting Finance in Ascendis Pharma. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will be joining the Finance IT Product team, part of Global IT, a team consisting of three colleagues, and report directly to People Leader Lene Rhein Larsenwho is based in Hellerup. You will be based in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
• Driving one or more tracks in development projects depending on your skill set and capabilities
• Collect and qualify business requirements while also challenging stakeholders to mitigate risk, minimize exceptions and ensure simplicity, maturity and robustness – with the objective to keep customizations at a minimum. Being able to suggest best practice.
• Ensure and participate in daily operations together with the team.
• Ensure that solutions meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot finance system issues

Qualifications and Skills:

You have a degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or something completely different. Most importantly you can analyze and visualize business needs as configuration, architecture, data flows and integrations – and bring these to life in application implementation projects.  

Furthermore, you have:

• In depth knowledge of Finance processes GL, AR, AP, Expense management and Fixed Assets
• At least 3 years of experience with D365FO  
• Experience with integrations and system testing
• Experience working in an agile setting
• Experience of working in a product team

Travel: 5-10 days per year.
