iKnowHow utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.
We are looking for a talented Wealth Management IT Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects, related to end-to-end IT business analysis.
Your Day will Look like:
- Gain expertise in relevant business domains, understand users' objectives, and align software applications to meet their needs effectively.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with customer stakeholders. Engage with the appropriate team members to ensure technical feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities.
- Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of software features, enhancements, and bugs.
- Produce comprehensive functional specifications along with wireframes and seek timely approval from customers to facilitate efficient Sprint planning.
- Participate in planning meetings, offering clarifications and setting priorities as required.
- Attend daily alignment meetings with the team to ensure that delivered features align with specified requirements.
- Provide support in creating and updating documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or any relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis tools, modeling tools, and project methodologies.
- 4+ years of experience in the Banking Industry, especially with wealth management systems.
- Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is considered a plus.
- Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) will be considered a plus.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability.
